Jalsa Salana is the annual formal gathering of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, established by the Promised Messiah, Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (may Allah be pleased with him), with several key purposes:

The Jalsa Salana spans three days, commencing on Friday after the Jumu'ah prayer. The event initiates with a flag-hoisting ceremony and a silent prayer. While Ahmadiyya Muslims worldwide participate in a central international Jalsa, several countries host their own national Jalsas as well, often graced by the presence of Hadrat Khalifatul Masih (may Allah be his guide and helper).
